For example, its cooperative electroplating plant completed the technical transformation of cyanide-free electroplating, reducing the discharge of heavy metal wastewater by more than 85 tons per year. The packaging link was completely replaced with FSC certified recycled paper holder and degradable corn starch buffer material, reducing the carbon emission of single batch of export packaging by 41%.

In terms of digital empowerment, enterprises have independently developed a "Eco-Link" green supply chain collaboration platform to realize real-time upload of supplier environmental performance data, automatic verification of green qualifications, intelligent low-carbon optimization of transportation routes and other functions. As of the first half of 2024, the platform has covered 96% of primary suppliers, and the green pass rate has increased from 68% to 94.7. In addition, the company has issued a bilingual "Sustainable Development Report" in both Chinese and English for three consecutive years.
